Table Heptathlon is about 7 ancient games:

chess, shatranj, hnefatafl, shogi, xiangqi, janggi and makruk.

We are trying to develop the rules and start real competitions of Table Heptathlon.

On 7 May 2025, Table Heptathlon's first set of rules are outlined and published on the website: www.heptatlondemesa.org

Our first project is testing a number of engines to get ready for the initial Table Heptathlon matches.

The first Table Heptathlon match is scheduled for June 2025.
